1 Token is exactly equal to $1.00 USD. When you order a service or accept a custom quote, your tokens are locked in platform escrow. Funds are only disbursed to the creator after you inspect and approve the completed milestones.
What happens if a project milestone is not approved?
You can request revisions directly in the workspace chat. If work cannot be completed, platform dispute arbitration allows full or partial refunds directly back to your token balance.
Are tokens refundable?
Tokens deposited for service contracts remain in escrow until deliverable approval and can be refunded back to your wallet if a contract is cancelled via dispute resolution.
